Our Story
Born from the dance floor.
Showdown Linedancing & Events started as a passion project — a love for western culture, community dancing, and bringing people together through the energy of the linedance floor. At the heart of it all is teaching linedancing: sharing the joy of movement, rhythm, and country spirit with absolute beginners and seasoned dancers alike.
What began as a local Friday night class grew into something bigger — a full western event experience. Teaching linedancing has always been the soul of Showdown: breaking down the steps, building confidence, and watching people fall in love with the dance floor one routine at a time.
Classes are designed to be fun and accessible for everyone — no experience needed, no partner required. Whether you're brand new to linedancing or want to sharpen your footwork, there's a spot on the floor for you.
From there, the vision expanded. We started hiring out hats and boots so our dancers could really look the part, and the demand grew from there. Today, Showdown offers a full range of western gear for hire alongside linedance classes, hosted events, and private bookings.
We believe western culture is for everyone — all ages, all backgrounds, all two feet. Come as you are. Leave with your boots on.
